Tbf the left back has really underperformed this season too

We sure do. We badly miss his energy and tenacity in the middle.

we need players that make a difference,show a will to fight,play and show us passion even if only a million,and dont just come for massive wages,a fee though is not said by the player - no matter how high up it is does not mean they are better, as we are getting proved by so many of our players

He wouldnt have driven the midfield forward though...need more progressive midfielders who are ball players and high energy.

You're right but I think the idea was he could be the player who solidifies the middle in his own way and without him we have no one.
