I can only imagine the level of fume there would be if John Stones was being signed from Barnsley in this window.

However Moyes was a better judge of latent talent than Martinez

I think we've become that desperate for serious transfer news we're just accepting any player as a good signing. Joel Ward? He's just a younger Hibbert but probably not as good.
