Not the point mate,things need to change pronto !
Deals should have been done or close to it 1st week in January not 3 weeks into it.
Goalkeeper Winger & Centre Half of 1st team quality needed right now.
Anything less than that & we are in serious trouble.

But this is a by product of having transfer windows, nothing really major usually happens the first few weeks, it's always the last few days it hots up. Teams will quote silly prices at the start and it's basically a game of 'transfer chicken' in as much as who will be first to show their hand and how late they dare leave it. It happens every window mate, this one is no different and everything you hear from managers/papers and agents etc is just lip service.
