...not sure why we need a like-for-like replacement, more specifically a veteran type to backfill. If we need to get somebody in it doesn't have to be somebody aged 30+.
Cleverley & Lennon would really help us, and are quite realistic.

Im shocked that im about to say this but i wouldnt mind Mbia at everton, i liked him when he was in France, liked him when he was at Sevilla last year, obviously his time at QPR was poor to say the least, but i feel everton need a african powerhouse in midfield, we have lacked a gerrard, toure, vieria type player for years now, i would take a chance on him if it meant shipping players like Pienaar and Gibson out, we need players that can actually stay fit to begin with. Then we can judge them after a season of football.

As opposed to Pienaar and Gibson who has so far contributed with 15 goals and 10 assists between them.......
We have no pace - Lennon ? No not Lennon he is worse than McGeady and Jelly Legs Pienaar.
We have no passing from midfield - Cleverley ? No not Cleverley he will stop Gibson getting more minutes in the team.
P.S. not a dig at you but just fans in general. At least Lennon and Cleverley would step foot onto the field.
