If we are going to spend on a keeper I would go begovic or guzan

Again, same with marshall, for the price quoted i wouldnt sign begovic, he is the same keeper who squirmed mirallas goal under him, he done the same against Arsenal yesterday, the reason we are talking about a new keeper is because howard has been poor this season, yet we clamour for begovic or marshall who has probably made just as many mistakes. I would give howard until the end of the season, then do what spurs done, friedel and cudicini were decent but they went out and bought a top keeper in Lloris. Swapping players like Friedel for Lloris or Jelavic for Lukaku could be the difference between top 6 and top 4.

Hate the way it's always left until the last minute. We're already nearly half way through January and it's going to mean another long night staring at Jim White & Natalie Sawyer's norks (Which is a small [or do I mean large?] compensation)

I've heard we have asked Hull about Irish defender Paul McShane.

I think with begovic its a form thing on the whole he is a class keeper.
