I quite like the idea of Winston Reid as the "tough, old school" centre half to partner the ball playing Stones. We're just stuck in a precarious position where we really need a defender now and not Summer but there's not a lot of options. Reid or Van Dijk are all I'd consider tbh.

Mourinho wanted to buy him besides it's also the rate he was scoring. That's difficult in any league. Plus we don't have the money to go for top class proven players.
