We need a solid right back that can fill in for Seamus, no top class RB is coming here. Same for striker, Rom is 1, Sammy is 2...no one top class if coming to be 3.
We need a left winger, and a keeper. I don't even think we really need a center back - assuming Galloway or Browning will be stepping up in the next year or so.

Not meaning to pick on you, but several people keep saying this and it just isn't true.
On the left we can choose from: Mirallas, Pienaar (both of whom are strongest on the left wing) and Oviedo. McGeady appears there from time to time as well.
On the right we have Mirallas, McGeady and Atsu (who is on loan).
Our first choice right wing is better on the left; our second choice is Aidan McGeady....
We need a right winger FAR more than we do a lefty.

Depending on how quickly Browning/Galloway can make the step up, maybe a loan until the end of the season for a CB would be an option. Nastasic? Alcaraz is too much of a sick note to rely on.
Apart from that, all our squad really needs at the moment is a winger (though this could change if Atsu improves) and a backup right back.

Can't see Nastasic happening unless City buy another centre half in January, they only have 4 of them with first team exp, Nastasic being one. I do agree though would be a good signing even if for 6 months but can't see it happening.

Mirallas is top class.
McGeady isn't the same level as Kev and we need someone that is.
I agree that Oviedo could do a job on the other wing and when he's fit he'd be my pick with Kev on the other side.
Atsu isn't good enough..
Mirallas has been injured too often to reasonably assume he'll always be available
McGeady has impressed me lately, but even then he's probably not your best first team choice
I would love to see Oviedo fit enough to be on the team sheet weekly; if that's the case, is he a first choice LM or LW?

The team has been employing Osman, Barkley, and Naismith in wide positions when needed, but none of these are wide players.
The club needs at least two players that can play the wing, preferably those who are also comfortable centrally. A week ago I thought the squad relatively stable at CM, given the options the club has. No reason to think we're deeper in wide positions.
