To be fair before Victor got injured I think at Newcastle the same day as Arteta I think he was in a real purple patch and looked like he was going to be something special. Similarly I remember JV cutting his knee when he was playing up front with Andy Johnson and looking something special

Always thought vic bulked up too much after coming back from that injury, he was always a big lad but had a bit of agility, must've been hitting the weights hard because he came back the size of a wwf wrestler and had the grace of a baby elephant

Not a question but tell him he was well liked by the fans at Everton. Always gave 100% imo and pleased that he has had a good career in the lower leagues because, it seems to me, he just wants to play football.

Brave as hell, possibly too brave at times. Has been very highly regarded by the fans at every club he has played for as far as I know...well the Mackems may be the exception after his penalty exploits with Grabban!
