I rate him but he just hasn't played enough to get a good run of form going.

Hard to base what someone's career may or may not look like on the limited amount of time he's been on the pitch.

Provided he can stay healthy and fit, I believe he has a future at the Premier League level.

That said, I wouldn't be opposed to loaning him or Anichebe out for them to get additional time on the pitch.

Best thing would be a season long loan to PNE (with call-back option), as Alan Irvine knows everything he needs about him. Would do him a world of good, I'm certain about that.

I agree.

Due to our squad depth, we'd have to have the ability to immediately recall any player we loan out (if that's possible) due to injury.

That Freddy Sears for West Ham looks a better young prospect. But Vaughan aint had 1 injury free season and I dont think Moyes wants to just throw him out every week.

I really dont think we are able to Judge without him having an injury free run of games. Whenever he gets a few games under his belt he looks lethal.
Like Saha, once he gets a goal I feel you will see much more of him.

Vaughan could be a top, top player without a doubt.

Could be though is the word.

That what everyone said about Barlow, Jeffers and Cadamarteri:unsure:.

But also Rooney. You never can tell...needs a run to judge though.

remember him against chelsea i think two seasons ago.... righttttt no potential whatsoever.

he's been struggling but lets not right him off as soon has he gets in a bad spell (though i know it will be difficult, after all that is the everton way)

Chelsea was great, Had 3 shots on goal i think, 2 of them volleys and one overhead kick.

What match was it that he tried an overhead kick near the edge of the box? It was a home match...was close to scoring too.

Not only that remember against Bolton he was everywhere and Bolton were good back then! He had to go of with a boot full of blood a severed atery or something which summed up his commitment.

Thats the thing he is a perfect combination of mobility, movement, pace, qaulity, commitment and tenacity. The only thing he has lacked is the education thus far, but by far one of the best players we have on our books!

If someone was to ask me who id sell Yak or Vaghan it would be Yak everytime and im a massive fan of his.

Even though Yakubu is better id probably agree, because he is a great talent vaughan...

...Also that severed artery thing - i put it on youtube and it got 110,000 views in about a week :) - but then the premier league banned it. Boooo
