He was pathetic last night. Visibility shrank when the equaliser went in.

He'll always have the last derby but far too many times he goes missing when the chips are down.

It's maybe an old school concept but soon as Bournemouth scored he should have been leading, galvanising the team. Barking orders, if need be physically grabbing and cajoling teammates.

Instead just whined like a little fanny.

Problem for him is we're not soft as a fanbase. We've had some proper lionhearted captains at centre half. Ratcliffe, Watson, Gough to name a few, he's not even close. I'd even put Jags above him tbh and he wasn't perfect either.

Jags was fantastic imo.
 
The lump has gone missing too many times this season. He’d make up for it as he’d get you about 5 goals during the season. He’s not even doing that now.
