Been largely crap all season and was absolutely woeful today at the heart of a defence that again shipped four goals at home against a team that's actually not all that good. Lost his battles, no real leadership, went missing, produced ridiculous errors. If he's starting next season we'll be no better than we are this one.

I've seen this said a few times lately. He's been sent off once in his entire career. So that's just not true, he knows what he's doing there.

He had a stinker today and he's not had his best season so far by a long way. It will be interesting to see what pairing Moyes picks when all 4 CBs are fully fit

Mate, he plays on the edge, its close every game with him. I like it to a point, but he is close to a red the last 3/4 games.

We take it cos he is solid….or has been solid….but its getting close to the point where its not worth it…he is not THAT solid now.

Him and Keane looked like they had never met. Both terrible today. Looks much more assured with JOB or Branthwaite alongside. Hopefully sooner rather than later

Hate the way he went at Tim today. Carry on like that sends younger players in to their shells.
Garner or KDH for next club captain.

Yeah, that just confirmed what I'd an inkling about for a while.
Can't be carrying on like that if you're captain.
Never barks at senior players either.
I'm done with him and keane.
Stupid of Gana to slap keane but christ, he and tark both deserved a whole lot more than a slap today!

Keane has, in the mainstay, been good this season and definitely the stronger of the two, so I will give him the benefit of the doubt about today.

On the other hand, Tarkowski doesn't have much or any in the bank because he's been below par all season. He doesn't have the legs for it...

... with O'Brien or Branthwaite making up for it.
