I don't get why we do it. One of them just aimlessly hoofs it up the pitch anyway so Pickford might as well just take a long goal kick.

The whole build up should be designed to keep Tarkowski away from the ball as much as possible. Dangerous in possession but not in the way we want him to be.

The defence are all in line, he barks orders at everyone and just as he shoots all the defence pushes up, yet he drops back and is about 2 yards in front of Pickford. Literally 2 seconds before this he's about a yard away off the penalty spot and just heads backwards for no apparent reason

When we signed him I thought he would be crap from the off, but as is often the case I was wrong and he has given us a good few years which is a great result from a free transfer. It just looks as though time has caught up to him now, and he needs to be dropped. Sadly, he is a Moyes favourite so he will be the first name on the teamsheet until the end of the season.

It's a frustration when young players will get 45-60 mins to prove themselves and then get dropped for a few games if they don't pull up trees, but this guy can make mistake after mistake leading to goals and never a suggestion of him losing his place.

Dont under estimate the leadership and organisation of Tarky. We have had a top 5 defence the last few seasons and he has been the mainstay. Great performance today
