I still do think we need another CB, but we need to ship out one of our current CB - Mina, Holgate, Godfrey or M.Keane.

He's a leader. I was highly underwhelmed at first but when I look at our dressing room all I see are players who are gutless and can't work under their own initiative.
Coleman is a good man and was a great player but he ain't no leader really.
James could make a big difference this year. He might put the fear of god into Keane enough so that he can actually clear the ball and stop fannying about.
Just get a decent wide player and a dynamo in midfield and we will reach the dizzying heights of midtable.
Richy could of been captain in future and that's the biggest shame of all.
