yea. Kenny was offered new deal but he rejected it. Just a guess, probably the wage offered wasn't an improved offer or no guaranteed first team.

I think is just offering him a contract is just cautious move as our RB is a bit thin with Nathan Patterson out injured and an ageing Seamus (I think he's injured now too). Well, Kenny rejected it, I guess our wish came true.
