I love the player. But, is he a bit thick? Like Ross Barkley was a decent footballer, but thick as mince. I am sure its the same in Colombia, but the vast majority of UK footballers come from a working class background, and while media coaching and being in academies since they were 2, has taught them how to behave, the Marcus Rashfords and Raheem Sterling examples are still pretty rare.

If they are 'thick' in the biblical sense, as you imply, that may explain the stupidity as the brain being drained of vital blood supply at a moment of arousal, such as a door closing quickly, or a fiat panda driving past at 40mph, the draughts of which are enough...

I don’t want him to go on loan. There is absolutely no point.

Every Everton player of significant value who goes on loan immediately get a crippling injury. He will be back at Finch farm drawing an enormous pay cheque before you know it.
