I remember at the [Poor language removed] Benitez was trying to jettison Alonso for Gareth Barry. It didn't get done, so he used him and he played excellent all season.

Let's hope it shakes out the same with James.

Well in the training videos I’ve seen he didn't look to unhappy and was putting effort in, whether that was to attract a move or not it showed he can do it. He can be useful for us, if he doesn’t keep taking time out, Benitez wont put up with what Ancelotti did with James.
