Strange 1, hes normally spot on with injuries the WRD lid, I guess he either got duff info for once or it was just a minor niggle or stiffness that corrected itself with a short rest, it happens.

i think he said he didn't know the severity so may have just been a minor pull/knock.

Taken off as a precaution with a tight hammy mate. Might play this weekend after all.

Just needs handling carefully. He's only started a few games in recent months and I doubt we'd of lost the Derby if he didn't get injured.

The squad has more than proven it can cope without him, given recent results so we just need to get him 100%.

I'd be surprised if he started this weekend, I'd expect it could well be Schneiderlin (obviously) then Gana and Davies with Barkley playing ahead of this 3.

Like I say, he didn't start V Leicester, Southampton, City or Palace so don't risk anymore injuries please Koeman.

He's been a bit part player up to now. We'll see what he can do. Decent player. I admire he came through the Championship. I don't expect world class from him though.

It really is a blessing that we went from a complete dearth of central midfield talent in September to now having a lot of solid options from which to choose. And some rotation here should benefit everyone (davies is young and will see a dip in form eventually, Barry is too old to play 90 every match, and J Mac for me is a great option to have when needed).

And to imagine we thought we were screwed when we didn't sign Witsel?
