What's the story on James' hamstring? Putting two and two together from the soundbites by Martinez, "more of a sprinter," "trains very hard," "we've finally gotten to the bottom of his injury," seems to suggest he's prone to overtraining because he's extremely fit and he likes the work. But seems also that his injuries may be more severe than typical. Maybe his workload needs to be shifted down for more rest?
