In fact the only one who has performed to a consistent level this season is Naismith and he's the most limited out of all of our options ( i have left out Kev due to injuries ). Martinez has to take responsibility because it's his team and the squad we have we are totally under performing. But also for me, the players need to take a long hard look at themselves because they aren't putting in the effort, desire and commitment that's an absolute minimum when you wear the Royal Blue shirt of Everton. Once they cross that line they need to take responsibility.
