How many times has he been motm id bet no where near as many times as he should have. Does so much work for the team off the ball and has real quality on it as well. Been a great signing with still more to come from him in the coming seasons.

Nitpicking but sometimes I feel like he could be more positive by passing forward, more often than not he just plays it back. I realise its not really his job but sometimes he's in a good position to try a through ball or something.

Still worth every penny though.
