Not sure I'd accept 50% but still a valid point for negotiation.

I really do want him, could be a belter player, he looked great at Sheff United, and has had good moments for City.

I do worry if he is a bit too 'Harvey Elliot' to play number 10 or central in the prem.

Hate to say these things, but you do need to be physically strong to play in the middle in the prem.....OR be very very very high level ability.
