England are a nuisance for this club. Anyone wanting an Everton player to get a cap from them dont have the best interests of Everton at heart.
He finally starts getting the respect he has always deserved ( by very little of this fanbase ) and the outside public.
He deserves to be shown it on the international stage. We have to tie him down and show him that he wont go unnoticed anymore.
What you're saying would be why that contract might not sound so sweet..

No, I don't feel left out now with my opinion. Garner had a great game last night, I've seen many ordinary players have great games.
Because if he's not rated by the outside public it will play on possible international recognition..

Put yourself in that situation..
He's played twice as many minutes as any of our other central midfielders. Would be a worry if he wasn't '1st' in all of these stats.
