It's a massive Town mate, the town center is rubbish and the council / rough areas, like Liverpool and Manchester and any other place.
My office is in a hovel with smack heads all over the place, but I live 6 miles away from the town center, and its proper sound, nice scenery and plenty of pubs and places to eat, and really quiet.
