I rate Tuchel in this role a lot more than I thought I would.
He’s not been stupid enough to consider anyone other than Pickford as number one and he’s kept very close tabs on Grealish, KDH and Garner which I’m not sure every international manager would’ve been dedicated enough to do. It’s great he’s given the likes of Anderson and Wharton the chance too given they’re at less glamorous teams as I remember when the squad was almost entirely Sky 6 players.
He’s surprised me in that regard, pleasantly so
I go on a few rangers forums from time to time and some of them are now wondering if they got rid of him too early
Real test for that is if the squad is the same come the actual tournament or he reverts to England-manager-type.

Not really. Coleman can lay cones and transition to coaching. Henderson takes up a valuable squad spot for the national team when there are lots of better alternatives.
