People getting carried away after that. It was an improved performance from him but he still did loads of poor things in the game.

He takes the easy option far too often and it's frustrating because every now and then he can play a decent pass forward.

Missed a few tackles that he should have made where he mistimed them and gave away a foul in a dangerous position and some poor things with the ball. Should be nowhere near the starting 11 this season, a last resort squad player.

yup good performance but far from needed to take us to the next level

we cant be celebrating his first steps or word like a loving parent when whats expected is for him to run and deliver
 
We neee someone to put pressure on him. Been a regular starter because we have had no one else. We have better squad depth might see him improve because starting won’t be a dead cert
 

Still not convinced after all this time.

We need to replace players who give us 1 good game in 5 with players who gives us 3/4 good games in 5.

That's why going after Dewsbury-Hall is daft. He's another one who goes AWOL on far too manny occasions.
