I see the odd nice turn and decent retention of the ball. Right now I just think he lacks the personality to really impact a game. We have a few players like him who would have really benefited from coming into a decent side. Must be hard to have a big level of responsibility when you're still a junior member of the squad.

People went on about Dobbin and Danjuma mate, Garner was my MOM, its not always obvious what he's doing, but what he does is very very good.

Hes quality.

Needs to be playing in the centre of the park, not wasted on the right hand side.

Agree find it stupid he is still putting him out wide right. I would have the lad sitting in the middle

Garner is a prime example of why I hate Everton's recruitment efforts so much. They can't get a decent Right midfielder/winger so they stick a great young center mid out wide. Same thing that happened with Godfrey. They can't develop when they are placed in wrong positions and told to adapt. Put Garner at CM and let his talent flourish.

Agree would have him as the cm sitting infront of the back 4 as the lad has more of a football brain than the others. Has shown when played at rb can hold his position,

He isn't a right winger or right midfielder he's a central midfielder and our best passer he needs moving centrally. Worries me that he's switched off not following runners when he's on the right it doesn't help that it's not his position playing him there is hanging him out to dry

Although Gueye can get exposed he his far more effective at the moment than Onana who looks like a passenger.

Either Onana or Doucs. Doucs needs to do a lot more will probably be kept in because of our lack of attacking weapons

Have Doucs start for me, but he has got to play deep get the ball in front of him and let him run at it, its his best attribute. Proper handful when he is motoring.
