I thought he was alright on the odd occasion he ended up there but I have massive reservations about him in general. Remember Lescott as left back and thinking he's definitely not a full back but was brilliant week in week out regardless. O'Brien has been dire.

Should have been at centre back since Branthwaites injury. Should be a third choice right back at best.

Michael Keane is like a really old and smelly security blanket. If you don't take him away managers can't resist playing him.

You're probably right. I just worry that how bad he's been at full back will eventually show in the middle too. Totally different positions I know.

I can't quite believe we've spent 18 months with an emergency right back as actually our only right back.

He's an accident waiting to happen being played as a RB. It's not his fault that he is being played out of position. That is purely on the manager. A sad indictment of our woeful scouting/recruitment team over so many years

The experiment ran out of steam months ago at RB. Even he will be well past the point of “I’ll play anywhere.” Been getting run ragged by wingers recently who now know to knock it past, let him panic and stick his arm out and lean on you, then you just fall over.

JOB is a very good centre half

But he is an absolutely hopeless right back. Every opposition manager targets him all game
