Well he keeps getting picked...so yeah I guess we should be mad at moyes. He had options today, with either garner at rb or even tried patto. Moyes is quick to criticise his players at time, but he should take accountability for playing a cb at rb. Yes he had a solid season there in the second half of last season, doesn't mean he should now become an automatic starter at rb.

This might come as a shock, but Garner is also not a RB and will be prone to mistakes there too.

We needed a right back.

It looked at one stage Garnacho was going to completely blow him away second half, I was wanting him subbed. But to his credit he stuck at it and probably was the best of the back four. Also whipped in a great cross for a header.

Completely understand that. We just can’t expect to be any good with him playing there. He’s literally stiff as a board.

We desperately needed a striker too. If we’d have spent a few quid on a RB instead of a striker there’d be uproar.

Barry though has turned out to be a massive gamble and whilst he’s young he’s certainly showing he’s nowhere near ready to lead the line of a top half team.
