Nope, how he is on the ball is how he's been for 3 years and I'd be shocked if he somehow massively improves his game where he suddenly has

A) awareness of what's around him
B) composure when receiving the ball
C) the quality to really be a threat going forward

Solid definitely 99% of the time but absolutely woeful with the ball at his feet and up there with Doucore with a dreadful lack of ability to do the most basic of things well.

100% convinced he'll be the first to be replaced by Moyes this summer.

12 PL games last season.

O'Brien isn't a right back by any stretch, that's plainly obvious. But he's doing a job there and I don't think having Coleman sitting 2 yards in front of him is going to improve him in any way, shape or form for 5/10 minute spells here and there.

He'll progress by playing and what he does on the training pitch. That first half against Brentford is just a typical game where a centre half playing full back struggles.
I understand he is probably winding up his career but having a proper player complementing that role can do wonders.
