The introduction of JOB has been less about his invidual performances per say and more about what it has allowed us to do as a team structurally. That being said, he's been a solid 6-7 every week since he has been starting which is good going for a player that was chronically ignored by the previous manager.

Dont personally think hes ready for CB yet myself, what Moyes is doing now is an old Moyes trick, blooding a centre half by playing out wide and ask the winger to cover - he did the same with Lescott.

Will kick young Jake on no end.

Good shout. Moyes also loves playing outside backs in the midfield until they can sort themselves out. Patto will have fun there or Lindstrom will end up being a great right back, would put money (although not that much) on the latter!

I don't want Branthwaite to leave this summer but if he does then it feels good to know that we've got JOB to cover that position.

Yep...regressing here. Not great first half. Poor defensively and nothing going forward, not even winning many headers. Other than one good ball to beto in their own half, nothing else.
