I'm not having it that this boy is 17. I thought he was brilliant today, so composed and calm in possesion and has got some skill to him.

I'm convinced after today that this boy is going to be some player! :D
 

He's got everything to be a top top player. What i like about him is his awareness of players around him, both defensively and offensively. I watched him at a throw in today and he must have looked around 20 times looking for runs behind him.
If he's not an England player before he's 21, i will be very suprised.
 

Unbelievable, can't say enough about him. Performance speaks for itself. 17 years old and bossing the center of midfield with the awareness of a seasoned veteran. If we manage to keep him and Arteta here the future looks bright.

Actually better than Neville. He finds a blue shirt more than poor pip does. But I still like Neville how he keeps everyone focused and how he gets the little things done that Carsley did without little fuss.
 

Also looked alot more solid defensively, earlier in the season he looked a little confused when the opposition team had the ball and wasn’t holding his position. Now he looks a lot better in that area, having an experienced head alongside him will also help, whether that’s Mikel or Pip head.

He’s only been playing centre midfield for a year and a half, it’s crazy. He looks so good and will only get better.
