He has serious persistent defects. He retains possession far too long.....and when he does decide to pass, it is either smothered through his dilatory release or passed straight to the opposition. By playing him from the off, seemingly thats ok.

That was a disgusting and cowardly performance tonight and one that's made me lose any sort of respect for him. His Everton career needs to end this season.

No heart, no fight, diabolical on the ball. As bad a performance as you will see. Luckily for him he had good company with Doucoure tonight so wasn't on his own.

I genuinely think he tries but the lad himself knows he's nowhere good enough to be playing in games like this. The amount of decent breaks that fell apart from him was painful.

Usually I can't fault his effort but tonight he looked terrified to do anything. Just unacceptable on every level.
