Myko does overlap occasionally and never gets the ball. It’s still worth doing as it draws the second defender from Grealish, but it must be tiring. Jack cuts inside, ignoring the overlap, which is fine, but then doesn’t whip it in. He is so used to rolling it inside to an incredibly talented midfielder who can switch it lighting fast. When he does it here, it’s more likely to end up going back to Tarky, then Pickford.

It’s a funny one. Great he is here, and he certainly hasn’t come for an easy ride, works hard. Badly missed KDH inside him tonight. A young raw, lightening fast left winger would have been more effective in a game like that.

He’s got to offer more, he’s one of the highest paid players in the league. There’s even more reliance on him without KDH and Ndiaye.

I'd like to see Jack Grealish fully rested for the Burnley game, played from the bench for the Forest game, and then start the New Year with him back in the team.

The lack of quality around him today meant he hardly involved. Not forgetting how good a side Arsenal are.

I know that Grealish can play at the top level and I have no doubt in his quality. I know he can do better than tonight. With Dibling, I don't really know what he offers the team yet.

It's not really that complicated. We can't afford to spend 40m plus on players who don't look ready to play at this level. We aren't that type of club to spend that sort of money on potential for year 3, 4 or 5. We needed pace and goals right now last summer. This is poor recruitment, nothing to do with the player himself.

I think ,in the first half of the season I've only seen him beat and go past a defender twice.

Don't get me wrong he had a lovely touch , can pick a pass and buys free kicks but if you want to play quick transition he isn't for you.
