Very rarely gives up possession. There was a brilliant bit in that game where two Bournemouth defenders are trying to tackle him, one lashes the ball, it hits Jack in the knees, flies up and away to the left and by the time it's landed Jack has it under control and he's facing them again.

And despite him being a great guy and an excellent player I still have reservations about him being signed on a four year deal at 31 IF Myko is still the starting LB next season.
However his presence simply gives the possibility to win these type of tight games that hasn't been happening last few years. Palace at home and tonight would've been draws at best without him being around so when you see the league table currently that is why you push the boat out to get players of this calibre in even if they cost massive wages.
The next step is to get players on his wavelength around him on the left as it can't just be KDH constantly going to that side. An overlapping LB would be very welcome.

Jack cost us 15 mill for the season, after his goal tonight we moved up 4 places in the table, each place come the end of the season is worth 5mill.
