Tend to agree with this tbh. The likes of Bournemouth and Brighton bring players in that fit exactly what they are trying to do.

We bring players in and then try and work out how to best utilise them. I thought that aspect would improve with the new regime, but has actually got worse.

I think when it comes to Moyes' transfer business a lot focus solely on Baines, Pienaar and Arteta. But a lot of his transfer business has been very average throughout his career, especially the latter part of it.
