Good interview from what I saw of it on sky, the lad just increases my mancrush each time I see him or him talk about the clubs influence on bringing back his love of football.

Showed he wasn't happy with the cup game, if anything we have to show this lad that we are moving forward in a way that excites him.

Don't ever let him leave cos our lack of progression.
He should be the pinpoint of what we strive for..

I concur what's the point of several defenders dropping their coverage of other players to focus on grealish if we don't capitalize on that more. I noticed even in the Liverpool match , jack had two to four defenders covering at one time , got to get someone in the nearby vicinity to exploit that development

Joe Cole had that quality too

People would say he’s not that creative as he didn’t do Ronaldinho flicks and skin 3 players

But he used to draw others in and release it at the right time to create opportunities for another player to create another for lampard , drogba etc
