Taking someone of his quality is a no-brainer. Could lift the levels significantly. I'd imagine he and N'Diaye could forge a formidable creative partnership.

I don't think they're comparable really. Grealish had much higher performance levels. In fact, I believe at the time he didn't actually want to leave Villa, but did so as his transfer would help their financial situation. Quite different to old Rosco's antics!
