I had a pint with David Moyes, years ago in the Crabapple pub, Clevedon, Somerset.

So, pints you have had with EFC players, managers, anyone from the club I suppose?

Kevin Ratcliffe - at some sportsman's dinner thing. So maybe doesn't count, but I did stand next to him holding a pint.

Joe Parkinson - he grew up near me. Drank in the Ross's and Boathouse a fair bit.

My cousin wouldnt serve John Barnes and a few of his team mates in Streets, Hoylake, about 2 minutes after time. Really pissed him (Barnes) off!

Not a pint.. But been shoe shopping with Wayne Rooney and .. Not his missus( and mine ) years ago, only people on the shoe floor, and he sat next to me, bit of banter about girls and shoe shopping etc. Surreal, he still played for us.

The Sefton in West Derby after we beat Luton in the semis after extra time - 85? Anyway, the whole team tipped up for a bevvy about 10 o'clock, the place was bouncing. Even the RS fans who were in had a good laff - they had drawn with the Mancs at our Gaff. Wouldn't happen today.

Again not a pint, but Bryan just reminded me of it; a while ago I was looking through old photo's, included were those from when the blues did the parade on the open top buses when we won the FA cup, and next to me was someone who 99% could be a young rooney, and another photo from another angle he has rooney on the back of his shirt. Could be his brother, but he certainly looks like a 10 year old!

had a pint with Brett Angel after a pre-season friendly between Drogheda United and Sunderland. Too star struck to remember what he was like. the glamour of it all!
