Its time to get angry

Maybe instead of showing some mystical anger, maybe we could concentrate on finish our chances, be more concentrated on the field, putting better starting line ups and modifying this line ups according to our current style - Coleman as RB, and Billy as AM for the start.

Thats it kid. Let it all out.

We have been out battled in every game, its one thing to have the quality its another to impose yourself ont he game and give your quality players the platform to play, we need battlers!

*Turns on the Joey Barton signal.

We were possibly at Ewood Park, but against Wolves and Aston Villa? Is it even possible to be out battled when you finish with 68% possession?

Against Wolves in the second half defo - when they got to grips with our quality and started kicking - breaking our momentum with fouls. Ref was poor though admittedly.

As for Villa to be honest, we played well, i think we matched them but that game was far more open as you would expect.

Its been a problem for a long time, look at the claibre of teams we have lost two over the past year and the teams we have beaten, we can match quality v quality with anyone. But when it comes to old fashined rumble in the middle 1-0 up at Brum away we are found wanting.

Villa game was maybe open in chances, just like Barcelona's game are balanced, but still - we were dominating the possession, you can't say you are out battled when you have that kind time of the ball.

I agree with your last paragraph - but it's not only our problem, we are now better football wise than majority of EPL teams, as much as we have a problem accepting it, these teams will play harder than us. We still should get more points though.

I'm angry, I cancelled my sky sports subscription. ....Probably have to go to the Pub now and leave the wife at home with the kids now.

Are we trying to win the fairy play league?, come on, lets see some blood, did their physio come on at all?, i can't remember it?, where have all the nutters gone....

we play lovely football, and we've got a pink kit. WTF??

Time for an on field decapatation, lets sign as many of the infamous dutch 2010 team as possible....

And bring in Barton....

I, for one, am retaining a great deal of optimism for this season. It's been a hugely frustrating start but by and large we have played well, and we have to take encouragement from that. Wolves and Villa were the usual hard luck stories we've grown accustomed to seeing, but as I say, we were easily the better team in both games and while of course that doesn't get you points, it gives me plenty of hope for the rest of the season.

That said, I bet our first win will be when we actually play rubbish. As long as that first win is soon, I don't mind.

Also, anyone got any odds on us to finish above Villa? Wonder if the bookies had a knee-jerk reaction after the Villa game and lengthened the odds. Should be worth a few bob.
