TEAM ....PLAYED .....POINTS ...... GOAL DIFF
Spurs .......30.............55..................+26
City...........30.............53..................+16
Liverpool....31.............51..................+18
Villa............30.............51...................+17
Everton......31..............48..................+8

Thought of the day: Had we beaten Spurs, and beaten Birmingham, instead of losing and drawing after being 2-0 up, we'd actually be in 4th place.

You are correct you wizard mathematician. It's still on though. Or something. Yeah.

My final league table...

We do have the 'easiest' of the run-ins, and with Defoe out for Spurs it can only help our late charge for fourth place.

The relegation spots are very interesting.

haha nice...but what was your assumptions for the other teams and ourselves for the remaining games?

I think 4th is just out of our reach with 4 teams above us, and just too little games in hand.

If we get Europa, I'll be more than pleased.

4th spot ?

Spurs have left Manch U, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manch. C and Sunderland (away). We've got only Aston Villa against top 10 teams.
Think 4th spot goes to A.Villa. Spurs, Manch. C and Everton to European League.
Means that Red S**t stays back home next season :)

MAYBE I am being too optimistic but could we win all our remaining games???:

A Wolverhampton
H West Ham
A Aston Villa
A Blackburn
H Fulham
A Stoke
H Portsmouth

Villa, Stoke and Fulham are the ones that may be tricky but I honestly believe that all of the remaining games are winnable!

IT. IS. ON.

Six points behind the other lot with a game in hand after their draw today, forget about Villa, the invasion of Norway is about to begin!

Its on like Donkey Kong!

We can catch villa me thinks, but to reel anyone else in will take straight wins from now till the end of the season.....
remember we still have Blackburn away - look how utd came unstuck today...... Fulham at home - just pray they a concentrating on their uefa semi.... stoke away - a tough nut to crack and obvoiusly the Villa on wednesday night - so i'll go for 7th (which TBH last november was unthinkable)
