Simple fact is, Iraola and guys like Frank, Di Zerbi, Potter and even McInnes have to be considered in a different light due to the fact their success comes at clubs where they have unusual backing and setups that cannot be easily replicated. Guys like Bloom have changed the game. Just appointing the head coach who did well under such a system isn’t enough.
