Is Kenwright that bad?

Im not sure, i've been hitting the medicinal crackpipe pretty hard this evening.

I'm not in any better state to decide myself, so I guess we're quits until the next bad post I make. lol

in a word NO. I'd rather the other directors got shouted out. After all they've got the money to make all this go away. But they won't. c**nts.

Very good point. I don't get why rich people buy shares in a club when they have no intention of investing anything. I love Everton, but it's not like we're a good investment. Why is Phil Green a shareholder? He's not going to make millions out of us, even if a buyout happens. So why did he buy shares in the club in the first place?

Beats me. Maybe he was drunk ...

i read a little bit of the meeting stuff with Bill and those lads. apparently he spent quite a bit of time grinding on about his `love` for everything Everton. well shiver me timbers, bills an evertonian- didnt know that............................................... i had a funny thought after i read the waffle - bill goes on too much, why would he spout it every time he gets a bit of air time. i know its a weird angle but, maybe bill isnt as big an evertonian as he professes to be

Welcome Shadow. Like Shadow from the Gladiators?

I like Bill, from what I read, hear and generally just believe or make up, he's a decent guy, he could do a lot better, but he's not been the worst thing ever. The fact he's a blue will always keep him in my good books. I will be shot down for that and probably quite rightly so.

At times, putting my musical hat on, he's been the Stereophonics when we wanted Oasis, or the Sams Town, when the fans wanted the second album to sound more like Hot Fuss. At the moment, I find he's the Stroke's 4th album. I really like it, perhaps love it, but it got pretty average reviews from the masses because a lot of things had moved on in the last 10 years around it

This on every level!

sorry mate but call him incompetent etc but you really cant question his love of everton!

he's the easy fall guy. we all know he's skint, we all know the others are loaded. if anybody should be publicly ripped to shreds it should be earle, woods, grantchester. they could clear debt, buy players AND a ground and still have shed loads of cash left. Bill is just the daft blue who shields all the bullets.

Bills not a bad person. He just doesn't have the financial capability to input capital into the club. If he did I'm sure we'd all see him very differently. I'm certain he'd love to be Everton's Jack Walker but football is a lot different even than when he took the reigns from Johnson.
Have to agree with you he was just the man to take over and calm things down after the dose of Johnson madness the club went though but now its time for him to move on becuase we're begining if we're not careful to go backwards

The only thing that would truly satisfy me as an Evertonian would be if the good Dr. David France was in better health and had about £500m. That's my ideal solution, f*cked as it may be.

Other than that, I honestly don't trust anyone else on this planet to take care of Everton Football Club...end of story and the first and last thing I'll say about all this BS.

It appears the other thread or threads surrounding Bills recent media outburst have either been s**t canned or amalgamated. What I find odd is that there are some who say he cant be trusted and he is
Bullsh!tter/Bluster/Bollox/Bum-crack/Baloney Bill, yet take his word as that of God on an occasion such as this.
Pick a side and stick to it, you are not Lib Dems. FFS !
BK aint so bad, few can compete financially with the powerhouses in the league currently. To outstrip the likes of City and Chelsea we would need a Bill Gates type takeover, and they dont happen.
Fortunately, when the house of cards does tumble, the clubs eaten by corporate bohemoths will have no where to turn.
As for Bills bank blunder, the problem is wages, the capitol is there for a signing or two, just that anyone brought in to make us a better side will want decent to very good money. Weekly. Think on.

Nobody questions Bills love of Everton it's how incompetent he has been as chairman.

Kings Dock - would Man citys owners have bought them or Everton if we had the Kings dock?
Fortress fund and the encylopedia knowledge of football, all lies
Kirkby failure.
45 million in debt with the knowledge that He Woods and Earl would be unwilling or unable to invest one penny of their own money in the playing side.

Thank God he fell arse backwards into hiring Moyes (His first choice was Megson)

What do City have to do with KD?
Any evidence to back your Fortress fund theories up?
Kirkby Failure? He and the board gave the support the vote, the only club ever to do so. What failure?
£45 million in debt, what % of that debt was bought from Peter Johnson?
'Arse Backwards', he was certainly unlucky to get lumbered with some of the clubs support he has.

KD would have made us more viable and attractive to any potential buyer.
Fortess sports fund in Ian Ross own words served a purpose of forcing Gregg out.
The Kirkby failure cost us millions we couldn't afford.
He should of done the due dilligence when he bought the club from Johnson and to blame Johnson over 10 years after he left the club is a poor excuse.
And if he is fortunate enough to get rid of some of the fans he was lumbered with the chances are we will have less people in Goodison than Wigan.

I am not a Bill hater as I find his passion for Everton a quality I just don't think he is a great business man when it comes to Everton.
