Maybe not picking Siggurdsson and Keane regardless of form would be a start. There needs to be a clear message that it matters how you play and train - we aren’t seeing that at all. Far too many players coast because they know they can.

I had high hopes before, but seeing us sitting where we are, and Leicester, of all teams in 3rd, I think it might be time to call time on Silva, but he has a month to get things right, otherwise, it's another poor Management decision I'm afraid, and I'll doth my cap to you for your early observations... But hope Silva gets October right, 4 games Silva... Time is upon you!

I know it’s unpopular and some hate him but Brenda is showing what a competent manager can do with largely the same group of players he inherited plus a couple of shrewd buys in the summer.
