Is Clockwork Orange the greatest British movie ever?

I like the first half of Clockwork Orange because the music is great, the dialogue great, some good humour and a nice bit of biff. The mind control stuff in the second half was just a bit dull.

For me Kubrick's best film was Dr Strangelove.

Not even Kubricks best film!

The Shining and even Eyes Wide Shut are much better!

My favourite English film is Shaun of the Dead but its probably not the best ever to most people!
