Ive been eating and drinking too much these past few vacations I've taken over the past few weeks. I'll be cutting weight all summer. I work out a lot im not worried about my fitness. Look how fat your everton golden child keeper Southall was.

I think, assuming by your photo that you are 34, it is too late to lose the weight and enter into the professional footballer arena.

Tampa Florida is where i am right now. I am 24 years oldm Like i said im not worried about my fitness I've lost over 100lbs since i was 18 and i keep it off i work out everyday and eat healthy. I use to be sensitive about this but its not who i am anymore. After my father died my mom would only bring home cheap fattening american fast food. I blew up and found myself being a victim of childhood obesity. I turned 18 and became my own man. I worked out eat healthy and lost all the weight. I still have more work to do to get the desired body and fitness i want but im not far off. Talk all the [Poor language removed] you want. I dont play the poor me victim card but i know one thing for sure i had a dark past but a bright future. I bust my ass everyday hoping to make things right. I probably will never be a professional athlete but atleast I'm in good health and won't die on my kids like my father did to me.
I'm welling up here. It's the feelgood story of the century.
