Initial 10, then reduced to 6 + 2 Point Deductions

I would assume that these clubs have sought legal advice, which is likely to have indicated they have a case.
I hope they lose millions in costs if they fail
I’ll make a prediction of: - 10 point deduction for Everton, then the number of cases of financial digressions just got too many and complicated forcing the PL into a rethink on FFP and an amnesty on all unresolved cases. Everton will remain the only club ever punished by FFP.
the Niasse ‘dive’ sanction springs to mind

Yep no doubt.

This is why Man City will never get punished, the list is so long their argument is they should be given time to investigate and prepare their evidence for all this historical stuff and that will take years and years.

Everton through just shear incompetence will be the only team punished.

Whu not just charge them with a few charges and bring the rest later on

We should be far more annoyed at the owners and the board than the Premier League. We broke the rules and then publicly denied it. Only to admit we had broken the rules. That probably played a huge part in how severe the punishment is. If we had admitted we had broke the rules straightaway we would almost certainly have been relegated last season.

I think we will almost certainly be okay points-wise this season but the worry is getting sued by the likes of Leeds, Leicester, and Burnley. Those costs could finish us off.
Oh look it's another doom mongering kopite

Sounds a bit dramatic. But we should just go and play our football in Scotland or Wales and stick a finger up to the Premier league.

Joking aside. It's the FFP rules and the whole pyramid system that needs resetting, but no, just try and reset Everton and that will do.
