….possibly but it makes it strange why they suspended our price in the first place. I expect the leaks are accurate in respect of us/Forest so I’d expect firms to suspend prices until the punishment is known. It’s all a bit weird.

I know it seems ridiculous and overly emotional, but if we get another points deductions we should withdrawn from this joke of a league.

To be punished twice in the same season for essentially the same offence, would be totally unfair and would show that their competition has no credibility left. Why play in a league where we won't be treated fairly and where points won on the field mean less than how you do in a legal hearing.

This is not just about Everton. This is about the future of English football and whether it remains a competition where you are allowed to compete.

We are being fined with the points deduction, at the moment that's about 11 million quid in prize money for league placement - which then further hampers us with next seasons psr. Why have one penalty when you can have three.
