Well it is apparently scheduled for next season and could take a couple of years then before any final judgement...with appeal and everything, it is true that it could be a few season yet...

They've made this up as they've gone along and have painted themselves in so many corners its unbelievable.

But as theyre judge And jury they wangle themselves out of their own impasses - So the original punishment will stand - to show that they weren't wrong in the first place.

Whilst there is a degree of scare mongering, IF and thats a huge IF, IF 777 on paying "20m a month" to keep the lights on, that does not scream financially secure football club.

Transfer spending is only a small aspect of the spending this football club does.

They are advocating fast tracking anyone breaking the rules.

I don't understand how we can't appeal or...ANYTHING if this isn't changed. The Premier League decided to make a random punishment that ONLY affects us. No other team. And they apporved the sanction in the MIDDLE of the process. In what world is this not damaging the reputation of the club? Screw the league, sue them outside of the scope.

They can't do that...it will be far too obvious. If one charge is 10 points, city with 115 will have to be at the very least 115 points...one point for every charge...and even if they manage to get reduced to let say 80 charges, it will still probably be 80 points you would think meaning dead certain to be relegated.

In the adjudication for us, it was 6 points for guilty and then 1 point per £5M rounded up.

so 80 guilty charges is 480 point deduction plus the penalties added.

There's no chance City will be penalised. They've set a date to stop people citing the unfairness that while we get a points deduction they get nothing. Chelsea are a different matter as they aren't linked with the Middle East. I can see them getting a points penalty, maybe at the end if the season when it won't affect them.

Don’t really care what happens to the scab 2 involved in P&S breaches, they have been cheating the system along with the other 4 cartel members for years and sod all has been done. P&S and FFP was them scumbags pulling up the ladder on the rest of us to stop competition.

However, What pointing out the possible punishments for city and Chelsea does highlight, as some of you have already done superbly in this thread, is the absolute mockery and absurdity of the level of our punishment and points deduction in relation to the breach/offence.

I still don’t know what they were trying to achieve by hitting us so hard, aside from maybe showing they can be tough and manage their own cesspool without regulation, but it’s backfired spectacularly but all they have done is highlighted that they are completely corrupt and inept.
