Unlikely...surely we would have sold branthwaite if needs be before July, and we didn't. Unless there are still issues with the interpretation of the interests for the stadium which means that until it's resolved, we will continue to breach.

Do we know what they are charged with , how much they have overspent.
That would be relevant if it's a points deduction.

I just don’t get why this interest issue is a thing. The independent auditors say it shouldn’t be. Surely the premier league should be working WITH clubs, not against them.

Don't think they'll get 10, certainly not after appeal, but like you say after using loopholes to escape 2 previous years 6-8 is likely. Any mitigation shouldn't really be considered.

The PL must apply a points deduction immediately if they are in breach as they did with us and Forest. This is a clear precedent that was established 3 times last season.
Also, I am hoping that TFG are more aggressive in pushing the Everton agenda with the PL and threatening legal action for inconsistent application of its own rules.
