Why would be starting the season with the threat of a points deduction? Accounts were up to June to calculate for PSR breaches, so why don`t we know six weeks later if we are in breach or not, and know starting the season if points are to be deducted? It was such a mess last season threatening to take points off clubs for weeks, then taking 10 points off us, giving 4 back and then taking another 2 points off us later in the year.
